This Yellow Catuai from Fazenda do Salto in Brazil's Sul de Minas region comes from a fifth-generation family farm where three generations still work together today. The natural process yields a sweet, creamy cup with tasting notes of orange liquor, sweet caramel, and chocolate fudge. The farm's name reflects the family's passion for horses—"Salto" means "Jump" in Portuguese—and they've earned many prizes in competitions.
