Roaster notes

This Kenyan coffee from Kevote Farm in Embu grows at 1600 meters above sea level in deep red volcanic soils. The washed processing highlights bright, fruity flavors with tasting notes of gooseberries and rhubarb balanced by a rich dates sweetness. Grown primarily as SL-28 and SL-34 varieties, this single-origin lot captures the distinctive character of Kenya's high-altitude coffee region.
