This Colombian coffee from El Recreo farm comes from Dora Inez Ruiz, a fourth-generation producer who continues her family's tradition alongside her husband and children. The Pink Bourbon variety—a direct descendant of Ethiopian Heirloom—offers floral character with notes reminiscent of strawberry milkshake. Since 2015, the farm has worked toward regenerative practices while Dora advocates for women in coffee production.
