The Caturra variety has been cultivated since 1995 on nearly 75 hectares under shade, following a careful wet process with sun drying and manual sorting. A medium roast reveals a chocolatey profile enhanced by notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and candied chestnut—a balanced cup reflecting both unique terroir and sustainable commitment.
