Sourced from Jardines del Edén in Colombia’s Pijao region, this Sudan Rume underwent a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation before being sundried on raised beds. The result is a distinctive cup bursting with herbaceous aromatics reminiscent of eucalyptus and coriander, alongside tropical fruit notes and a touch of citrus. Its medium body delivers remarkable complexity and depth characteristic of this rare varietal.
