This coffee comes from Inmaculada Coffee Farms in Pichindé, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, where the Holguín-Ramos family cultivates rare varieties at altitudes of 1,650 to 2,000 meters above sea level near Farallones de Cali Natural Park. This lot blends Gesha cherries dried for 18 days on raised African beds with Sudan Rume that underwent carbonic maceration followed by extended drying in Nuna boxes and a controlled environment.
