This experimental crossing of Caturra and Gesha varieties represents over a decade of research by the team at Café Granja La Esperanza in Boquete, Panama. Designed to produce a more resistant and adaptable plant while combining the complex profile of Gesha with the higher-yield characteristics of Caturra, this innovative microlot underwent 90 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by mechanical drying and finishing in parabolic driers.
