This coffee from Huila, Colombia features the distinctive Papayo variety with its long-shaped fruits reminiscent of papaya. Grown at 1,750 meters by Elías Roa and his wife at Finca Tamaná, this natural process lot delivers a balanced espresso shot with fruity richness, red wine character, and notes of red and black berries. As the Special Edition of the classic Gentleman's Espresso, it showcases the sweetness inherent to natural processing alongside an aromatic, fruit-forward cup that stands out in every pour.
