Kenya Kagumoini

Roaster notes

Sourced from the Kagumoini Coffee Factory in Kenya’s Nyeri region, this washed coffee is cultivated by smallholder members of the Kamacharia Farmers Cooperative Society. The beans are carefully depulped, fermented overnight to break down sugars, and then hand-sorted while drying on raised beds. This meticulous attention to agricultural practices and post-harvest handling highlights the dedication of the local farming community.
