Sourced from the high-altitude hills of Nyamasheke in Rwanda’s Southern Province, this coffee is cultivated by over 600 smallholder farmers using sustainable practices beneath native shade trees. The natural process highlights a syrupy, balanced cup with rich layers of prune, malt loaf, and muscovado sugar. It offers remarkable depth and comforting sweetness, making it versatile for both espresso and filter brewing.
