Roaster notes

This collection brings together four coffees sourced from female producers across Brazil, Rwanda, and Colombia. Each coffee is individually produced by Elisabete Martins, Beatriz Aparecida de Souza Guimarães, Luz Helena Salazar, and the Rambagira Kawa Women's Group, reflecting distinct approaches to cultivation, processing, and farm management shaped by the experience and decision-making of the women behind them. Together they showcase how female producers are contributing to quality and innovation within specialty coffee.
