Roaster notes

This coffee comes from Santiago Atitlán on Lake Atitlán's shores at 1,570-2,000 masl, produced by Margarciy—a family-run business named after José Ramirez's father supporting Tzutujil indigenous community producers. Small farms of 0.3-0.5 hectares grow coffee alongside Chulun, Gravilea and Avocado shade trees, with the organization also operating a roastery led by José's son and a coffee shop run by young women in the community.
