This Papua New Guinea coffee grows on small family farms in the Eastern Highlands, where Typica bushes brought from Jamaica in the 1930s share heritage with Jamaica Blue Mountain. The washed process yields a balanced, spicy-sweet cup that finishes with light sweet ripe fruit notes and nutty undertones. A medium-dark roast supports this coffee's bold character while maintaining its Central American-style purity.
