Ezequiel Batista, known as Quielito, manages his family farm in Panama's Baru region. Driven by a desire to produce high-quality coffee in his native area, he coordinates harvests and logistics for small producers while overseeing production at the Baru Black Mountain factory. This washed preparation blends Catuai and Caturra varieties, reflecting his commitment to improving quality through careful attention to variety selection and processing methods.
