This coffee originates from the Planadas and Gaitania terroirs in southern Tolima, Colombia—a high-altitude zone often shrouded in clouds, which gives "La Fabrica" its name meaning "Cloud Factory." Produced organically by more than 240 indigenous families across two cooperatives from the NASA WE'SX community, these farmers tend protected ancestral lands with over 6000 trees per hectare. They are guardians of one of Colombia's largest natural reserves, cultivating ancient varieties while honoring their belief in caring for Mother Earth.
