This Maragogipe variety is a spontaneous mutation of Typica first discovered in Bahia, Brazil, known for its oversized "elephant beans." Grown at Fazenda Santa Mônica 2 in Alta Mogiana's mineral-rich soils at 1160 masl by Jean Vilhena Faleiros, this natural process coffee delivers deep jammy sweetness of red fruit and jabuticaba with a tangy tamarind finish.
