Huismelange 3 is a Central and South American blend of 100% Arabica beans from Guatemala and Brazil. The Guatemalan coffee comes from Las Delicias, a family farm founded in 2012 where Denisse Abrego and Jesús Ramos work with neighboring farms to improve quality through information exchange. Brazilian beans are sourced from Fazenda Terreiro in the Matas de Minas region, established by Eloy Werner's family in the 1950s, featuring Yellow and Red Catuaí varieties processed both naturally and fully washed.
