This Panama Hartmann Birdsong Espresso comes from Finca Hartmann in Chiriquí, where the pioneering Hartmann family has cultivated specialty coffee since 1940. Grown at 1,300-1,900 meters in the shade of an ancient rainforest bordering a reserve home to over 280 bird species, this coffee develops intense flavor through cold nights and Atlantic winds. The cup delivers red fruit and chocolate with sweet notes, named for the birdsong that fills the plantation where beans rest beside the magical spring "Ojo de Agua."
