From West Java's Pangalengan region, this honey-processed coffee comes from Sunda Tilu, where farmer Asep Rukman transformed his dairy farm into a specialty coffee operation in 1986. The beans grow under shade trees at 1450-1560 meters altitude, with lettuce and chili peppers planted between rows to encourage biodiversity. The cup offers sweet notes of honey, orange, and raisins from the 2025 harvest.
