This organic Ethiopian washed coffee has been decaffeinated using the CO2 process—a natural method that uses supercritical carbon dioxide to selectively remove caffeine without harsh chemical solvents. The result is a filter-ground coffee that preserves much of the original flavor character while delivering a smooth, caffeine-free cup from one of Ethiopia's renowned highland regions.
