Nestled in the lush landscapes of Kenya, Kiamutuira is a testament to community farming and the heritage of the Kikuyu people. The washing station, built in 1996, serves approximately 600 smallholder farmers (more women than men). Located near Mount Kenya forest, the region features rolling hills, volcanic soil, and macadamia shade trees. Ripe cherries are pulped, washed, and sun-dried outdoors. This lot scored 86.75 points on the SCA scale.
