Marrone is a skillfully crafted blend of Arabica and Robusta coffees from Brazil, Nicaragua, India, Honduras, and Indonesia, roasted dark to create an exceptionally low-acid cup that highlights natural sweetness. The rich profile features notes of gingerbread, roasted almonds, braised apples, and dark chocolate, appealing equally to young restaurateurs and traditional coffee connoisseurs. This blend earned gold at the 2025 tasting competition of the Swiss Roasters Guild, with evaluation conducted by a neutral sensory expert jury.
