Dael's Décafé is a dark-roasted blend of fine Arabica coffee from Brazil, offering a sweet and balanced cup with a full body. This decaffeinated coffee undergoes a special process where beans are washed with water containing dichloromethane—an organic solvent that completely evaporates at 45°C, leaving no traces behind. The roasting continues until the beans contain less than 0.1% caffeine, making it ideal for those who enjoy rich coffee flavor without the stimulating effects of caffeine.
