Roaster notes

Adriano is considered something of a saint in Brazil when it comes to processing harvested coffee. He was early to begin fermenting coffee cherries, which over the years has developed into incredible processing methods that he today teaches on to other growers. Soon to be 70, Adriano gets fine help from his son whom he works with side by side. We are proud to present Adriano's coffee for Scandinavia!
