Grown high in the mountains of Cauca, Colombia, this exceptional coffee comes from the indigenous Nasa community of Pueblo Nuevo. Cultivated on small, shaded farms at high altitude, the slow maturation allows complex sugars and flavors to develop, resulting in a rich body, vibrant acidity, and remarkable balance with notes of pistachio, pomelo, white sugar, and chamomile.
