This Geisha from Tanzania's Edelweiss Estate represents a rare reintroduction of the variety to the country, where Neel and Kavita sourced and cultivated the seeds themselves. The natural process involves a four-day pre-fermentation beneath a black tarp followed by 25–26 days of sun-drying until moisture falls below 12%. The result showcases Geisha's renowned floral complexity alongside bright, fruit-forward notes and a silky smooth finish.
