Brazil — Daterra Low Caffeine (Year 3)

Roaster notes

This Brazilian coffee is a blend of two low-caffeine varieties—Aramosa and Laurina. Aramosa, a hybrid of Arabica and Racemosa species, offers subtle florality and milk chocolate notes with approximately half the caffeine of standard Arabica. Laurina, a naturally evolving Bourbon hybrid, brings inherent sweetness and vibrant fruit flavors while containing just 25-50% of regular Arabica's caffeine content. The result is smooth, medium-bodied coffee full of sweet, nutty flavors that Brazilian coffee is treasured for.
