The beans are traditionally monsooned—stored in open warehouses where humid maritime winds naturally infuse them over several weeks, imparting a distinctive golden hue and singular character. Sourced from India's southwest coast at 1000-1500 meters altitude, this coffee reflects the region's unique processing heritage.
