"Chevere" means "cool" in Colombian Spanish—and this coffee lives up to its name. Sourced from small farms in the highlands of Cauca, these Arabica beans mature slowly on volcanic soil under ideal conditions. The caffeine is removed using sugar cane extract, a natural process that preserves the coffee's depth and structure while delivering genuine flavor without the jolt.
