Portofino

Roaster notes

Portofino is a modern dark roast Arabica blend designed for espresso, also excellent in milk-based drinks with a sweet yet bold flavor. This blend combines Nicaraguan beans from Finca Jesper with Brazilian beans from Fazenda Progresso. The roasting process begins slowly at lower temperatures before ramping up quickly to preserve natural sweetness while achieving the desired dark roast character.
