This Arabica from North Sumatra is named for the Mandailing people of the region and sourced through the Ketiara cooperative led by Ms. Rahmah. Processed using Sumatra's traditional wet-hulled method—where beans are partially dried before hulling, then finished on mats in the sun—the coffee delivers an intense, full-bodied cup with deep sweetness, earthy notes, and a distinctly rustic character.
