This single-origin coffee hails from Brazil's Mantiqueira region in São Paulo state, grown at elevations between 1150 and 1350 meters in clay mineral-rich soil. The Yellow Bourbon variety undergoes pulped natural processing with sun drying before a medium roast brings out notes of almond, honey, and cocoa on the cup.
