This Typica variety coffee comes from Finca La Lomita in Merida, Venezuela, where owner Alfredo Andrade follows his family's tradition of producing quality coffee. He uses only organic products and methods that respect natural balances, from selective harvest through drying. The cup offers fruity aromas with a hint of acidity and a slightly bitter finish—this character coffee is roasted to medium and recommended for espresso or Italian coffee maker preparation.
