This honey-processed Caturra from Colombia's Nariño region is cultivated by the indigenous Inga community at 2,150 meters above sea level on volcanic soil near the Galeras volcano. The coffee delivers a juicy, sweet cup with bright red apple and honey flavors, finishing with a warm hazelnut note that lingers pleasantly. Grown under native shade trees using traditional agroforestry methods, this single-origin espresso shines equally well black or with milk.
